Are you a natural leader who is passionate about giving back to the community? The Lotus Coalition is looking for a dedicated Volunteer Outreach Team Lead to help coordinate and oversee our outreach efforts. From assembling care bags to arranging outreach events and collecting donations, your leadership will be crucial in expanding our impact across the Tampa Bay area.

As an Outreach Team Lead, You Will:

• Organize and lead outreach efforts, including assembling hygiene kits, clothing, andresource bags for distribution.

• Coordinate and set up outreach locations to serve homeless youth, foster care families,trafficking survivors, and other vulnerable populations.

• Work closely with the team to arrange donation drives and collect necessary supplies.

• Oversee volunteers during outreach events, ensuring smooth operations and meaningfulimpact.

• Build partnerships with local organizations and community groups to increase outreachefforts.
