Job Opportunity: Peer Support Workers, Recovery Coaches, and Survivor Leaders ($16-$25/hour)

Are you passionate about using your personal experience to help others on their journey to recovery and empowerment? The Lotus Coalition is looking for Peer Support Workers, Recovery Coaches, and Survivor Leaders to join our team. This part-time, flexible role offers competitive pay ranging from $16 to $25 per hour, depending on the job and the clients. It also offers the opportunity for on-call work with the potential to transition into full-time positions.

As a Peer Support Worker, Recovery Coach, or Survivor Leader, You Will:

• Provide support and mentorship to individuals in recovery, foster care, or those affected byhomelessness and human trafficking.

• Use your lived experience to inspire hope and provide practical guidance to help othersachieve their recovery or life goals.

• Assist clients in developing life skills, coping strategies, and accessing resources forhousing, education, and employment.

• Work closely with our team to ensure holistic support for each individual.

• Be available for part-time and on-call shifts, with flexibility depending on the specific joband client needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Personal experience with recovery, foster care, human trafficking survival, or relatedchallenges.

• Compassion, empathy, and a deep understanding of the populations we serve.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility to work part-time, on-call, or during times that fit your schedule.

• A commitment to helping others achieve lasting change and independence.
